Training

All our activities encourage students to rid themselves of the fear of making mistakes and to train at the best of their ability. Through high-speed activities, and challenging movements our students experience a sense of accomplishment which ultimately builds confidence. First touch, distribution, off-the-ball movement, finishing, strength, and footwork are just a shortlist of areas of focus our facility develops. Each student will be working towards confidence and mastery of skills taught in each session.

Character Development

Beyond the soccer training topics, students will engage in discussions throughout training where they can be more useful to their teammates by demonstrating respect and encouragement.

Community

Students will learn the value of community participation by being involved in an inclusive group with common goals and striving to enhance their communication skills.

Strength and Wellness

Students will become educated on how to restore, build and maintain their muscles through strength and conditioning. They will grasp the importance of nutrition and how it provides a source of energy required to perform in the classroom, at practice, and in games.
